LILLIANA O. CACHU LMFT

Lilliana O. Cachu, LMFT

My experience working in community based programs enables me to offer effective individualized therapeutic care over a wide range of services. I provide a strength- based approach to individuals, children, couples and families. My focus is to help you decrease emotional distress, instill hope and guide you in becoming aware of your inner strengths. We achieve this through collaboration, defining your goals and customizing an effective treatment plan based on your needs. Using evidence based models, we will discover what matters most to you as you embark on your journey of self-discovery, inner growth, healing and fulfillment.

It has been a passion of mine to be able to service a particular sector of the community. My current focus is supporting sexual assault victims, domestic violence survivors and the migrant worker community who may not be able to obtain these services through conventional means. They are often voiceless victims. Together, we can reclaim hope & resiliency.

If you are ready to explore what's been keeping you from your true authentic self, reach out to us today. Begin where you are, you are worth it!
